LISA SEWARDS
LIFE COACH & CELEBRITY INTERVIEWER
MY APPROACH
Extraordinary and profound change happens when we feel understood, able to be authentic and explore our story.
Coaching is an extension of my journalism: using perception to cut through the noise to uncover what’s really going on.

This is very different from talking to friends or family because those conversations can become an echo chamber: comforting but not always clarifying.
It’s through sharing your story, and exploring new perspectives and possibilities, that you can begin to see your next chapter differently.
That’s when wellbeing takes shape - a sense of being in tune with your mind, body and spirit, and genuinely connected to others.
What I do:

I cut to the chase
Coaching is an extension of my journalism: considered and clear-sighted. This means making difficult conversations possible.

I ask the laser question
It’s my job to ask the right question at the right time. This is often the one that unlocks the real truth and the way forward.

I spot the subtext
People don't always say what they mean, especially when they're managing so much. I'm trained to hear what's said underneath.

I earn trust
You can speak honestly without performance or pretence. Real change can only begin when people feel safe enough to say what they're feeling.
