LISA SEWARDS
LIFE COACH & CELEBRITY INTERVIEWER

Again and again, I find that beneath very different stories lie the same universal questions about identity, purpose, relationships and change.
From internationally recognised public figures to people whose lives have been shaped by extraordinary experiences, I have spent more than 30 years listening to stories that reveal what it means to be human.
Much of my work explores what exists beneath public image and success: the pressures people carry, the turning points that reshape them, and the emotional realities of ambition, reinvention, grief, identity and resilience.
MEDIA WORK
Whether interviewing household names or people whose stories have rarely been heard, my journalism has always been rooted in curiosity, empathy and honest conversation.
Below is a selection of interviews and features exploring what shapes us psychologically, emotionally and culturally, broadly drawn together around themes that tend to emerge in my work.
