I have also written corporate campaigns, commercial copy and branded content for organisations including BT, Alpro, Chevrolet and TK Maxx.
 

I began my career as an NCTJ-trained reporter on a regional evening newspaper in South Devon before joining the Daily Express in both London and New York. That early grounding in news reporting, court cases and human-interest stories shaped the emotionally intelligent, psychologically curious approach that remains at the heart of everything I do.

 

Today, I combine decades of listening and asking thoughtful questions with professional coaching, psychotherapy training and charity helpline experience to help people gain greater clarity, confidence and direction. My approach is warm, practical and thoughtful, creating space for honesty, insight and deeper understanding in a world that often rewards performance over authenticity.
